Health has been an issue that is dwelling in the community for quite some time, and lately people has become more and more health conscious. Obesity has since become one of the biggest health related disease which has been affecting people from all walks of life, from the youngest to the oldest. However it is advisable to seek medical advice before consuming kelp especially if you have high blood pressure, heart problems or thyroid disorder.

Dandelion is part of the sunflower family which is often used as the herbal dietary supplement. Dandelions are able to stimulate digestion of food, boost metabolism, flush out kidneys and also suppress sweet cravings. You can eat them raw or to consume it in boiling water and drink it as a juice.

In conclusion, although there are various herbal dietary supplements available in the market at anytime, it is still best to consult your doctor to ensure that the herbs that you may consume do not adversely react with any medications or food intake.
