Try to find out your body’s progesterone and estrogen ratio, if they are not balance, then i am pretty sure that you are gaining weight now, especially weight around your middle body.

2. Leverage the estrogen and progesterone

If the ratio between estrogen and progesterone is imbalance, you should find a way to improve it. It is extremely important and having a close relationship between hormones and weight gain. Here are some tips to lower down your imbalanced estrogen:

a) Try to eat as much fruit and vegetable which would increase your fiber intake.

b) Try to be selective in your daily meal, increase the indoles by taking broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower. If this is impossible, you can also consider taking supplement.

c) Increase the essential fatty acids in your daily meal. You need them to assist in balance up the prostaglandin production which will help you in regulating estrogens.

d) Take more nutrition foods by taking extra concentrated fruit or supplement which is rich in fruit and vegetable essence.

3. Balance up your daily meal

Try to take up your meal which has carbohydrates, proteins and fats in balance. This will help you to balance up your hormones as well as to boost your energy level.

4. Exercise more often

You should be more active in exercising. Try to develop an exercise program that suit to your lifestyle. Healthy exercise lifestyle will help in developing healthy hormones in the body.

Everybody whose hormones are balance will feel extremely well and energetic. Having healthy hormone will increase your overall health and wellness and help you in losing weight.
