People are too focused on their job to generate higher income for better future life in nowadays. Materialistic is a common behavior of human, therefore we usually thought that wealth is something more vital than health. Unconsciously, we become unhealthy and gaining weight gradually. Plus to stress of works, overeating will make the phenomena becoming worse. Perhaps we might face obesity, if the problem does not getting solved by ourselves. The common way to solve the problem is exercising, while it cost nothing to us to begin it.

It is totally lame”, “Will I really can lose weight by exercising?”, and “Can I generate income by exercising?” Those are common excuses that have been giving by people when they were asking to do exercises. All these excuses are totally showing their laziness, irresponsibility to their body and lack of confidence. For example, some people keep giving excuses that do not have time to exercising, but have time to play computer games to relax themselves, instead of doing exercises. This is totally ridiculous.

How exercise can helps to lose weight fast? Basically, exercise can burn more calories that you eat. We might also be able to hear “I have tried to do exercise, but it does not work on me” If you’ve ever tried to lose weight, you know it can be a difficult process, since it takes longer time to see the result. Understanding exactly what you need to do to lose weight is your first step, and of course self confidence contributes the most. Knowing the basics of how to lose weight, how to exercise for weight loss and how to motivate yourself are essential for creating a program that works for you. Those are the exercises recommended by me:

Jogging

If you are trying to lose weight, cardio exercises are just one of the simplest exercises, and jogging is one of them, regardless of age or gender. Usually it helps burn more calories in one time, by getting our heart rate increase, blood pumping fast, hard breathing, sweating and makes burning calories. You can easily add intensity to increase your calories burn. It is good recommend that jogging for 30 minutes per day.

Weight Training

This exercise will be a strength training to build our lean muscles and improve our body metabolism. This type of exercise not only can burn calories, it also helps to build a good proportion of body, make us more energetic and stronger. However, this type of exercise cannot overdo, otherwise it leads tiredness and painfulness of muscles. It is good recommend that at most 3 times a week.

Aerobic Exercises

This exercise is physical exercise of relatively low intensity and long duration. “Aerobic” means the use of oxygen in the body’s metabolic or energy-generating process. Unlike anaerobic exercise, aerobic exercise can reduce the risk of death due to cardiovascular problems since it is performed at a moderate level of intensity. It is good recommend to people who are in ageing process to do this type of exercise. Good examples of aerobic exercise are long distance walking, Tai Chi and Yoga.

Stretching

To people who are giving excuses like “I do not have time to exercise”, “I do not have place to exercise”, stretching exercise will the most easy and convenient exercise to them. It can be done in everywhere, even in working places. Unlike athletes, people can just doing some simple stretching exercise, since we are not stretching for improve our flexibility and performance in sport. For example, we can stretch our neck or shoulder when we getting tired of typing in front of computer. Stretching can improve our muscles elasticity, to make us feeling relax, and reaffirm comfortable muscle tone.

Healthy is something more important than wealthy. If a person is not healthy, then he or she will find it is very difficult, or even impossible to enjoy his or her wealthy life. With health and fit body, we can about our job with joy and lives longer to generate.
